“Pool was temporarily closed and the weather was 104’ Ice Machine was making loud noise gurgling sounds on the 3rd floor . Elevators out on Tuesday had to walk down the stairs in our dress clothes. Then Wednesday night we took the elevator up to the third floor . It went to the 4th floor and stopped. We were stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. No one answered the alarm or the emergency call button. Had to call 911 and the Firefighters had to get us out .”
